When I first started the Keto Diet, the one thing I missed most was a good sandwich. But it turns out you don’t have to give up sandwiches when you’re on a keto diet. You can find plenty of low-carb bread alternatives at the store, including low-carb bread, low-carb wraps, and low-carb burger buns. But if you want a warm, fresh-baked bread sandwich or don’t have any premade options at home, this keto wonder bread is just the thing–so quick and easy to whip up!

Chaffles are keto-friendly waffles made with cheese, egg, and almond flour. Cheese + Waffle = Chaffle! Look them up, there are sooo many delicious chaffle recipes. My favorite is Chaffle Everything Bagels! But this “Chaffle” Keto Wonder Bread doesn’t actually contain any cheese. Instead, it uses mayonnaise, which can be healthy on a keto diet!

Using mayo instead of cheese ensures this keto wonder bread comes out (and stays) soft, which makes it an amazing sandwich bread, whether you eat it warm, fresh off the waffle press or let it cool first. I love it warm on a BLT or cold for a turkey provolone sandwich!

I love this double mini waffle maker because it makes the perfect size chaffles for sandwiches and you don’t have to cook it twice! So every sandwich I make is quick and easy with delicious warm fresh chaffle bread!

I found this recipe on Pinterest from instrupix.com and it’s just too good not to share! How can you go wrong with a bread substitute so quick, easy, and delicious? Thank you, Lilly at Instrupix!
